Open Position: Corporate Secretarial Executive

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Qualified individual in compliance with www.acra.gov.sg/Registration_and_Renewal_for_FA_and_QI.aspx
  • Possession of ACCA or CSIS qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate secretary experience
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
  • Must be experienced with the electronic filing requirements with ARCA and Financial Report Standards (FRS)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Well organised, able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Team player and able to work independently

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Incorporation of Singapore and Offshore Companies
  • De-registration of companies
  • Annual Return Filing with ACRA
  • Preparation of board resolutions
  • Preparation of Minutes for AGM and EGM
  • Preparation of Corporate Secretarial Documents and Lodgement with ARCA
  • Preparation of Financial Statements and XBRL
  • Preparation of ECI and Tax Filing with IRAS
  • Update and Maintain Statutory Records.
  • Liaise and Coordinate with Clients, Offshore Agents and Regulatory Bodies
  • Other Corporate or Ad-hoc Duties as Assigned from Time to Time

Open Position: Management Associate Program

We are looking for candidates who are interested to work in the corporate and fintech industry and possess the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. Since the industry is in digital assets, the working environment and scope of work will be new and nontraditional to some. The company wants candidates who are open minded, having the passion to learn and understanding the need to analyse situations with a global perspective.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accountancy or Business or Business Analytic or other applicable qualifications
  • Familiar with the Companies Act, ACRA Act, Payment Services Act and relevant legislation
  • Understanding in corporate law, blockchain and DLT is a plus
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Well organised, able to multitask in a fast paced environment

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • To keep and maintain proper records of receipts and payments made by the Company, and other accounting records of the operations of the Company
  • To keep and maintain proper records of receipts and payments made by other corporate entities (the “Clients”) as specified by the Company, and other accounting records of the operations of these Clients
  • To prepare and furnish to the Company financial statements comprising balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow statements on a monthly basis
  • To prepare and furnish to the Clients financial statements comprising balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow statements on a monthly basis
  • To assist with the preparation of the accounts of the Company and the Clients for audit
  • To conduct financial control and financial management for the Company and the Clients
  • In the event that the Company and the Clients are obliged to provide information to any external parties, to assist the Company and the Clients to provide such information
  • In the event that the Company and the Clients are obliged to provide any information to its directors under the Companies Act and/or other applicable legislation, to assist the Company and the Clients to provide such information and/or access to such information as required under the relevant legislation
  • To initiate, co-ordinate and implement an overall administrative system for the Company
  • To assist in the incorporation of new local and offshore corporate entities, and deregistration of current local and offshore corporate entities on behalf of the Company and the Clients
  • To assist in the drafting of board resolutions and preparation of minutes for the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting
  • To prepare corporate secretarial documents and lodgement with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority
  • To prepare the electronic filing of incorporation, annual returns and etc
  • To update and maintain statutory records, liaising and c-coordinating with internal and external parties (these include offshore and local agents and regulatory bodies)
  • Other accounting, corporate and ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
